Dave Gray - Head Coach

As a fully accredited LTA (Lawn Tennis Assoc.) Coach with 20+ years experience in all the numerous different development stages within the sport and having traveled and coached Tennis all around the world in places such as the USA, Malaysia, Kenya and Spain, Dave brings a raft of knowledge and understanding to the game, making him an ideal mentor to his students. A trustworthy and dependable individual whom you may already know from his work with the local Schools in Gosport over the last ten years. Working with Dave is a team of qualified coaches & assistants.

T.A.G. Philosophy

All Tennis players develop differently, whether it be their approach or their style. One of Dave's main philosophies with the sport is that players are not only responsible for their own development but also for their fellow players within the squad/team further promoting camaraderie but also success on a team level as well as an individual level. Dave believes where possible, parents/guardians should also be on court with their child to encourage a closer bond between them, therefore promoting longevity within the sport allowing for a healthier and more active lifestyle now and in the future for the whole family.
